HWD has been sponsoring Ben Morieson to undertake a public art project as part of his Masters in public art at RMIT University. A field of beautiful sunflowers have now grown in one of HWD’s sites in North Melbourne, providing a touch of colour and brightness for everyone.

Riva Hawthorn is nearly complete! Construction update No. 8
Riva’s construction continues on program. Kitchens have been installed on ground, first and second levels and the ground floor is expected to be complete before the 28th of February. Thereafter, Probuild is aiming to deliver two floors every three weeks.
The timber facades have begun to be installed and most of the services have now been run through to all the apartments.

Settlement Solutions appointed to manage the settlement process at Riva.
Property Settlement Solutions has been appointed as Riva purchasers' contact for all matters relating to their upcoming settlement. They will advise purchasers on settlement and inspection timings as we draw nearer to construction completion.
They will also be able to assist with finance enquiries as well as coordinating purchasers' bank valuation. Each purchaser will be invited to undertake an inspection of their apartment prior to settlement.

SK1, St Kilda commences construction. Construction update no. 1
We’re pleased to announce that SK1 began construction on August 19 and is well under way.
SK1’s builders, Constructive Group, have now completed the piling, all in-ground services, half of the basement slab as well as erecting the east and western panels from ground to second floor. Half of the first floor form work has been erected and the slab will be poured next week.

HWD committed to gifting school to North Melbourne
HWD is comitted to building a public school that will hold up to 400 students at their North Melbourne site, Gramery Parks.
The developers are working closely with the Education department in finalising its master plan which will be presented to the panel hearing of C190 in September.
